My name is Liz Verona. I'm an LPC who works with children. When Veronitas started, we operated under my name, Liz Verona, and our main focus was offering stuffed animals for children. Soon after, I realized that not only children loved our products, but teenagers loved us even more and they gotten our products to make their loved ones happy. Teenagers have a lot of energy and change often, and that forced us to change as well. Plus, uncles and grandparents also choose us to make their nephews and grandchildren happy.
Challenges
It would be impossible to share in just a few paragraphs the wealth of experiences we've had over these four years. We've been through everything from choosing the wrong product, not understanding our market, running out of inventory, and, of course, moments of great success. However, I'm sure of one thing: we've learned from everything.
Our Present
As the business grew, people started choosing us when looking for a gift. Some even told us who their gifts were for and gave us some ideas. I think I became more open to listening to people's requests, and that opened the door to bouquets and, later, balloon gifts. A very important part was realizing that my customers are lovers or romantics and buy gifts to make their loved ones happy.
The future
As for the future, we can only say that we look forward with faith and hope. I know we have many dreams and much work ahead of us, and we trust that we can continue offering products that make your loved ones happy. We only want to say, THANK YOU
